H Ramu, CAM/CAM are short term courses. For this it will be difficult to get visa. So I suggest you to go for these courses in India itself. You can go abroad for a longer duration of the course. The course has to be 1 yr in duration else the High Commission may not grant a visa.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.

Fee always is different from one college to another college. We cannot predict the fees exactly.In the forums it is not good to write fees because there will be a competition factor and blaming factor.

I prefer you do MCA which is better for you. If you have written the entrance exam for MCA you could secure a seat in a good college. If you have not written the entrance exam take M.Sc (IT) which shall be useful for you.
