Well as rightly mentioned by Arvind, it is quite difficult to pursue Engineering with a Bachelors in Computer Applications, but then you can still look for the MCA courses as the better career option availble to you so to make a career in the IT development sector.

In my opinion, as studies abroad require huge investment, one must opt for a older colleges and Universities. Rest is your choice.

HI Drvc, in addition to the answer posted by Gijoo, I would like to inform you that LORs are normally written on the letter head of the college or institution from where you have studies or have been employed with. Some Universities have their own formats of LORs and these will have to be filled accordingly. The formats can be downloaded from the website of the Universities.
CV - a normal CV as you would submit for a job application. But specify your skills in detail.

hi Shubham, to pursue medicine in the UK you should appear for UKCAT and GAMSAT exams. You must submit your application before 15 oct of the preceding year. Like if you want to pursue medicine, you must submit your application before 15 oct 2011 to begin in sep 2012. Here are the universities that offer courses in medicine and against these are the exams written that they accept.

You can do bsc without any hesitation but if you want to do any other course like b.tech,diploma you can take direct admissions in case you donot have qualified in any competetive exams.
So think carefully before taking any decisions regarding your career.
