You can get a scholarship based on 12th marks but your rank does not support you. Check some good colleges with wide platform, good exposure, faculty, research and other academic facilities. Log in to some colleges like SRM, LPU, RAI PES etc

Well its pretty hard to predict your rank as mains marks are quite low. For general category its hard for you to get a college. though you can try for colleges like NIT silchar,etc. if i was in your place i would repeat the year and prepare well for mains.

You cannot pursue a successful career with less attendance because then you will miss out on all activities like moot court sessions, internships etc. Check some good colleges for this like: National Law School Bangalore, Lovely Professional Univ, Campus Law Center etc

Best for you would be to log in to their site and check their academic details of wide platform, exposure, faculty, scholarships etc. and then log in to some more college sites like PANT, LPU, JNTU etc and check their schemes so that you have a better idea of benefits.
