First of all be calm while taking decisions now.
As per my experiences in IT domain, i would suggest you to skip .NET as of now and focus on learning Java if u are good at programming. As java is way better in terms of job opportunities.
Also SAP though being a bit more costly than usual IT courses is having a lot of demand in the market, so if you have the money then you can go for it either.
Also there are courses like CCNA/CCNP and MCSE +RHCE, which would help you get a job in networking & administration domain.
The distance MBA kind of courses are not recommended as you have already a low profile degree in terms of the years y

Are you talking about IMS as far as my Knowledge goes; there is no Institute by the name suggested above. And if there is such an Institute then you very well can understand the quallity of such Institute which doesn't even have a website.
