Apart from CA, the course options which you can pursue along with B.Com are CS, CWA, and Course in actuarials or some computer courses like learn some computer language, or go for SAP ERP course. Apart from this if you want to do something after graduation you can go for CFA, CCAP or MBA etc.

First of all, every University has its own admission process to be followed and would vary. As for taking admission from one University to another, As for what I know in this regards it isn't possible to take transfer from one University to another but this provision is applicable with the colleges i.e. you can take transfer from one college to another under the same University.

Although, both the options are good in terms of future prospects but you need to first understand which is the area you feel, that, you comfortable with and you can excel in. On this, the opinions can vary, but keeping in mind that you are weak in Math you should go for BBE being a Management related degree it will have lesser Math.
Yes, you can go for Civil Service Examination as it needs to have a graduation degree from a recognised University.

Post B.Sc you can opt for M.Sc course in the subject of your interest. As you have not mentioned anything related to your interest making it even more difficult for me to provide you any information but if you are keen to pursue B.Ed & get in teaching field then you require to qualify the entrance exam, you are eligible to write Bank PO exams, UPSC exams as well. To get in the field of research, the minimum eligibility required to pursue a Doctorate (PhD) is a Master's degree from a recognized University.
