As there is no shortcut to hard work, if you want to clear IAS you have to do a lot of hard work and preseverence to clear it. You can also go for CA or CFA degree if you have Knack for maths. Another option could be Actuarial Sciences. You can also try for armed forces.

If you are looking for jobs abraod then the best option would be that you complete your B.Com and then do your regular MBA. While doing your B. Com you can opt for CS, CWA, and Course in actuarials or some computer courses like learn some computer language, or go for SAP ERP course which will help you in your career growth. You can also opt for CFA (an examination for investment professionals) after graduation or after MBA.

For management seats, you can contact the the concerned college and apply through their prospectus.Also do make it as early possible or the amount the college asks for the admissions against the management seats will get higher in the days to come.
