Hi,
As there is no shortcut to hard work, if you want to clear IAS you have to do a lot of hard work and preseverence to clear it. You can also go for CA or CFA degree if you have Knack for maths. Another option could be Actuarial Sciences. You can also try for armed forces.

Hi,
If you are looking for jobs abraod then the best option would be that you complete your B.Com and then do your regular MBA. While doing your B. Com you can opt for CS, CWA, and Course in actuarials or some computer courses like learn some computer language, or go for SAP ERP course which will help you in your career growth. You can also opt for CFA (an examination for investment professionals) after graduation or after MBA.

In both the countries procedure is different, in UK you may get the admission however it completely depends on the university according to the credits they might give you the admission i would suggest you to contact the British Council for complete information regarding lateral entry.
