There are very few college which will consider you if you have not performed well at the UPTU or AIEEE, exams etc. But there are very few colleges which actually consider your scores not only in these exams but in class X, XII, graduation and your Interview score and maybe your extracurricular activities.

for admission in uk/australia college/univ. you hav to pass IELTS exam http://www.ielts.org/default.aspx and for usa canada like countries there is GRE TOEFL exams http://www.ets.org/toefl/ .i will suggest you UK because education and accommodation is cheaper there than usa or canada
