Yes you can do Mtech from private college or university like Chitkara University , LPU, MM University , Chandigarh University , Chandigarh Group of colleges, Galaxy Global group of institutions , GIMT , KITM .

ME/Mtech course you can do after BE/BTech /MCA , and in this degree you have to do also some research so as job prospectus you may et good job aat higher level as compare to BE/Btech

Try to go for a good college for doing MCA , , because KSOU gives you a distance degree and it is not equal to regular degree

There is no MTech abroad. It all MSc and you have many specialized programs available abroad. You have to select what you want to study. See in that area if that universities offer research that is the best university you can select.
