for taking admission in any space science sub in top college the candidates must have passed class 10 with at least 70% aggegate in science and also class 12 (PCM) passed with at least 80% aggregate.
there is hardly any institute in india offering BE or BS in astronautical engg.
if u want u can go for aerospace or aeronautical engg or space engg. or roketry.(where AIEEE, IIT-JEE, ISAT,BITSAT, WB-JEE are required)If u fail to find admission into B.Tech (Astronautical Engineering), then nothing to worry, opt for B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical Engingineering) then you can opt for astronautical at M.Tech

Admission to this course is done at the institute level through a 2 step selection process (starting October every year)
Common Entrance Test (MH-CET)
Group Discussion (GD)
CET is a multiple-choice objective test evaluating the aptitude of the student in various areas like verbal ability, quantitative aptitude, logic, visual reasoning, reading comprehension and data interpretation.
