Here it goes-
Biotechnology is a new field relative to other engineering courses. You need to keep this in mind whenever you are considering scope of biotechnology. Next up is jobs. Biotechnology can lead you to research as well as industrial jobs. Each of them has their own advantages. Research needs time and a lot of focus. Jobs in industry are grueling. So, it needs to be kept in mind that whatever you do you take up the things you like. Jobs include pharmaceutical companies, jobs in pathology labs, sales etc.

Although there are academies which are also offering a course for candidates who are just 10th passed you should not join them because it is better to join after you have completed your 10+2.
Moreover, you must know Hindi, English and any other foreign language.

For doing B.Tech after Diploma in EXTC (ECE) you need to appear for an entrance test for lateral entry in the 2nd year B.Tech. And if you can do well in admission test - your 1st option should CSE/IT in the counselling session. In my opinion, you should opt for CSE as the 1st and IT as the 2nd option. B.Tech in CSE/IT is much better than B.Sc IT/BCA followed by MCA. You better think twice and take a decision accordingly.
Best wishes.

You indeed have very good intentions. But, as you must have guessed, you cannot do two regular courses simultaneously. This is so, since you cannot attend two classes at the same time. I would advise you to download brochure cum application form of IGNOU, go through it and select any course that you like.
Best wishes.
