The M.A. Psychology programme lasts two years and is divided into four semesters. This course requires a graduating degree from a recognised university in any track with a minimum GPA of 50% to be eligible. There are, however, some reputable institutions that accept applicants with honours degrees in psychology or who have psychology as a graduating topic. For two years, the average tuition for an M.A. In Psychology at government-funded institutions is between INR 2,000 and INR 20,000. Tuition at private institutions may cost up to INR 2 lacs. The most popular way to enrol in this programme is through an admission exam.
