Yes you may surely apply for admission on the basis of of your MAT May- 2013 score for admission, as the MAT scores are valid for one year, i.e your MAT May 2013 score is valid till MAY-2014.
However please remember the admission for 2013-2015 session in almost all the B-school is over, now you may get seats only in those institutes where seats are not filled yet.
So you may look for admission in next intake i.e 2014-2016 intake.
Please note that each B-school shortlist candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other.
The admission process may include:
Written Test (WT)
Group Discussions (GD)
Personal Interviews (PI).
Performance in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT etc is an important component in the admission process.
B-schools may use previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience and other similar inputs in short listing and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process.
The processes, academic cut-offs and the weights allocated to the evaluation parameters may vary B-schools.
