Hi,
If you mean single sitting graduation the please remember the one sitting degree is good for those who are only looking at gaining a graduate degree.
If you are also looking at post graduate courses then you need to first check whether after the single sitting graduation you will be eligible for the next course or not.
For example, in order to pursue MBA, the eligibility criteria is 10+2+3; therefore a three year graduation is required and the single sitting course is not accepted.

Dear Krishna. Yes you can pursue mechanical engineering after you Aeronautical.
Aeronautical engineering is closely related to Mechanical, Structural and Avionics branch. So you will have no problem for applying to MS- Mechanical Engineering.
In Aeronautical Engineering you might have already learned Fluid mechanics, Structural, Aerodynamics and other mechanical Subjects.

Please remember after completing B.com degree it is not possible for you to pursue PG degree in computer engineering or IT.
In order to pursue PG degree in this field you need to have undergraduate degree in computer science and related fields.
As per your profile you may consider pursuing masters degree in:
- Finance.
- Management.
- HR, etc.
Besides the above mentioned course you may even consider pursuing MBA, however please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in the countries mentioned above you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
