JEE Main Paper 2 is conducted for admissions to B.Arch/B.Planning courses at NITs, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions. As far as I know, to get admission in B. Arch in IIT - Kharagpur you have to clear JEE advanced first and then clear the B. Arch paper conducted after the results are out and not through NATA.

Unfortunately, you cant take admission in School of Planning & Architecture. You need to crack JEE mains for getting admission in the same.
Admission is purely based on your JEE mains score.

For Jee Mains, B.Arch preparation you should consider Arihant's a complete self study guide ,it is best for jee mains aptitude .
Moreover for Nata exam, for drawing test you can learn it from youtube videos of circle line art school, it provides you a good hod on perspective , shading etc . and for aptitude part you should download an app- steps to architecture - i found its pattern and questions very similar to the nata test.
