Though the qualification is not comparable with other high profile courses but it gives enough scope to climb the ladder of success in shorter time. As a health / sanitary inspector you will be more into conducting surveys, reports, field work & research on various aspects of health environment, conditions & the norms to be followed. The core job remains to be professionals who shall supervise an assignment, conduct enough analysis when the need arises to make the people / company abide by the health standards.

Online courses can prepare you to earn the registered dietitian (RD) credential from the American Dietetic Association. However, you'll also have to complete an in-person internship. To become a registered dietitian, a student must earn a bachelor's degree and complete an internship program approved by the American Dietetic Association's (ADA) Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). He or she must then pass CDR's national Registration Examination for Dietitians.
Some schools offer bachelor's degree programs in dietetics that allow students to complete online coursework while fulfilling internship requirements at a facility near their home. Often called coordinated dietetics programs, these academic offerings typically feature coursework that mirrors that of on-campus programs.
In regards to your question, whether there is any difference in Correspondence and Regular course, i would say it varies from one subject to the other also from one degree to the other. However in general a course through distance learning does not have as much value as the regular one so if you can do a regular course, it would hold a lot of importance and thus be a much better option.
The acceptability and recognition of a full time course is higher in industry and the long term career gains are good. Correspondence courses are ideally meant for those who are working and cannot leave their jobs to further their education. It is only to leverage ones experience and not so much as a stand alone degree. The employ-ability of a full time degree holder is the most and those with a distance education degree may face a drawback as far as employment options with MNCs are concerned. However, what is also relevant is your experience; skills and profile should match the profile needed for the job and organization. Thus it would be best for you to pursue a full time course.

Nutritionist must identify health risk factors such as diabetes or obesity. They collect information about a potential client's personal medical history, chronic illnesses, biomechanical problems and current medications.
Nutritionist must obtain clearance from a client's physician if the client is on blood pressure, cardiac or blood glucose medications. They must collect general client information, which includes the client's age, gender, height and weight. Information about a client's occupation can help the trainer determine her daily activity level. IIT Roorkee offers admission on the basis of Architecture Aptitude Test which was conducted on June 21, 2015. Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2015 is an architecture entrance exam for admission into IITs into the 5 years undergraduate B.Arch Course. Eligibility for Architecture Aptitude Test: Only those candidates who would have given B. Arch program (available at IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee) as one of their choices while filling their choices online will be eligible to write AAT.
Moreover you have to clear JEE Advanced also. To Appear in JEE Advanced you should have cleared JEE Main paper 1.
