I do not have much idea about MBA in hospital management. But surely know about HR. I would suggest you to choose among those on the basis of your interest rather than the demanding future because if your interest falls for HR you would promisingly do the best and that would automatically turn out to be demanding to you.

Yes, you can easily get great universities in Canada, like University of Toronto, McGill University, University of Calgary, University of Ottawa and many more with IELTS requirement of 7 or less (6.5 in each section) and 6.5 (6 in each section). Yes, you can definitely get admission for your engineering graduation after completion of your Diploma. When you complete Diploma, and then seek admission directly into the second year of engineering, it is called as a lateral admission. It is the accepted norm in Maharastra State and you can get admission under this category definitely. BE or B.Tech is one and the same thing, and don't get confused by the nomenclature. As far as placements and education are concerned, from my point of view a NIT is far better than a reputed state government college. Its my personal suggestion (as I'm from VNIT), that the environment and facilities at VNIT are too good.
