Okay, look first for your interest. Scope is made by your own in interest. If you have biology and you like it you can do Bachelor's in zoology, look B.Sc. In maths, physics have always been on demand, also for B.Sc. Microbiology. You have to choose wisely. Also, you can do B.Pharma if you have biology in 12 the that is also good to seek quick job.

Earlier, there used to be many colleges conducting their own exam, but now it is decreasing and the trend is moving towards admission based on a common test.
Like FMS Conducted its own exam but now takes admission based on CAT Score. IRMA, IIFM Bhopal conducted their exam, but now take admission based on XAT CAT.

It is indeed great to know your desire for doing your post-graduation in MCA or M.Sc in Computer Science in Pune University. Pune University has its own department where these courses are conducted as well as many colleges affiliated to Pune University spread across different districts of Maharashtra also conduct these courses. Pune University conducts an entrance exam but only for the courses conducted by itself and not by other colleges. Dear Surrendra,Madurai Kamraj University is recognized by UGC or AIU, but it not affiliated by DEB if anyone take admission in distance mode and wanted to apply any government job then this degree will be not acceptable because if you complete your education in distance mode then your university need the permission of Distance Education Bureau.

It is a professional training and there are certain requirements defined by DGCA to be completed within a period of 5 years to get a CPL issued.
DGCA conducts exams for issue of CPL every three months and 200 hours of flying may be completed within 6 months depending on the weather, terrain, availability of instructor/examiner etc.
Hence minimum duration if flown regularly and exams being cleared in one attempt is just 6 months which is practically near to impossible.

You are very much eligible for PGDM-HRM. I would advise you to start preparing for the entrance exams and set yourself a target as to which college you would want to be in. Meanwhile if you haven't applied for any entrances exam then you do have a yearlong to get some experience and along with that study for your exams.
