Earlier your board marks were also considered for getting entrance into DTU/DCE. But now your marks in the entrance exam are enough. But yes, you need to score as high as possible because cut off is not only marks based, it is also based on the rank you score in the entrance (JEE Mains). So you need to be better than others giving the exam with you. The cut off also differ if you are from Delhi or Outside Delhi and is also different for General, SC, ST, OBC etc. Quota. There are some criteria in education field, if you are done with your Master's degree, then surely you are eligible for work as assistant professor in some private colleges. But, when you are clear competitive exams like NET/SLET, you are eligible to work as an assistant professor in private and Government College, depends upon it's vacancy and work experience.
