you will not be able to pursue any course in merely 4000 Canadian Dollars per year. Living expenses only sum upto somewhere between 10,000-15,000 CAD. I would recommend pursuing your education in India only due to the financial constraints, or you can take a loan of 20 lakhs and then look for studying in Canada.
