After BDS, you may apply for entry in Army Dental Corps(ADC) which includes the dental branch of Navy too. For entry through direct permanent commission, you will need to obtain a minimum of 60% marks in the BDS exam along with 1 year rotatory internship recognised by Dental Council of India. For entry through short service commission, 55% in the BDS exam will do.
There is also scope in the reserve police force and other such department.
Apart from this you may also apply to government hospitals.
You need to keep yourself updated with the UPSC recruitment exams to appear for such exams.

There is definitely a lot of scope of distance education. I would suggest that you should first try to understand why you want to go for distance MBA. First of all do not compare distance MBA with full time MBA. Further a distance MBA will really help you if you get a few years of work experience.
