Dear Ummar,
MBA is good option for current job situation but you need to put your full effort on same.
I suggest you visit at any instuite for MBA they will explain you in details as there you will be able to meer other MBA exucative.
Job is not depend on you digree as I know, if you have good knowlege & have practical knowdge then you will get job.
You can check with the same instuite for job placement etc.

Your study hours in MIT would be around 20 hrs/week. It means you will have lot of time to do other things. but yes you need to work hard in order to get good grades. Study sytem is well adaptable and you can score good with a little concentration. I can also help you with your visa and admission.

Don't leave the job for getting degree. Do continue ur job and if u still feel that PG is required then do it in distance program. Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. Instead of collecting degree take any International Certifications with u in less amount of time which helps u more.
