Hi,
Yes, the school does offer a scholarship but not upto 100%.
Also, you can look into theTOEFL scholarship for Indian students. Once you take the TOEFL and score 100+, you would have to submit a scholarship essay and if TOEFL feels your a potential candidate, they would grant you the scholarship. For further details on the scholarship, please visit, http://www.ets.org/Media/Campaign/11616/index.html
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

You should take the old GRE as the new GRE is effective from Aug 11. The new GRE is lengthier and tougher becasue of new questions in both maths and verbal section. Also, first new test is always a risk as you do not know the pattern and what kind of scores you will get. It is always advisable to take the old GRE itself and get a good score.

Hi,
I would say that as CA is a tough nut to crack and you are already doing B.Com along with it, you should completely focus on these two courses, once you are through with both you will get ample opportunities in your career. However, if you still want to go for higher education you can gain few years of work experience and then plan for your MBA or rather EMBA program. You dont need to go for M.Com if you are able to clear CA.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
Thanks,
Pooja
