Since you have a good 3 years work experienec your chance of getting a good placement compared to other students is much higher. FYI, there are some companies which prefer students who have work experience and are engineer. Since you fulfill both the criteria you have a very good chance of fethching one of the highest package which can be as good as 6.5 to 8 lakhs p.a. I hope that answers your question.

Dear Sonalika,
If you are interested in designing and have also done a course in it, then I would suggest you to go into designing field only. If you do not really like graphic designing then maybe you can try your hands in fashion designing.
I would not suggest you to go for HR Management as that would again be entirely a new field for you. And you will have to put in a lot of efforts into the field again.
So think wisely and then decide.

Dear Brahmaiah,
SPM offers MBA in Energy and Infrastructure which has tailor made courses on oil & gas sector, pricing in the sector and also overview about infrastructural developments of the country. The demand for energy and Infrastructure sector is never out of demand for a developing country like India. In India 3 institutes offer this course which are School of Petroleum Management- PDPU, UPES Dehradun and Adani Infra ( very new college-1st batch will passout in 2017).
At School of Petroleum Management- PDPU, we have an IIM pedagogy that is followed. Learning, exposure is good.

Dhwani,
If you are creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. This is a field where nobody cares for your qualification, they only see if you can do quality work. In fact, the University Model has not succeeded in any Skill field across the world. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field.

Hi Srinivas,
It depends on your career interest. If you are interested in continuing on the technical side then you may look at doing masters from abroad and get into a technical architect role. And if you want to take a management role, then go for a 1year MBA from any reputed management college in India or abroad. Post MBA you would have lot many roles to choose from.
