As of now, placements for HR are at growing stage. Mostly US based companies come for recruitment of HR's. Companies like Jaro Education, 314e solutions, etc. came for recruiting this year and the package they offer will be around Rs 3 to 3.5 lakh per annum. So we can say that as a fresher, it would be a best start in such companies with that packages. Coming to average number of companies, it is like almost 15 HR companies will come for recruitment.
