The objective of organising the UGC NET Exam is to select the candidates for lectureship or awarding Junior Research Fellowship. Those who clear this exam can apply in any college and institutes for the post of lecturer (Assistant Professor). There is no age limit to become a lecturer. To pursue MBA, you need to appear for an entrance exam like CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, CET, etc. You can get admission in IIMs through CAT scores.

With a work experience of 1-year you should consider doing M.Sc Management or M.Sc Business Administration. MBA programs typically require 2 to 3 years of work experience. For entry requirements you must check the university websites, every university's eligibility are different. You would be required to take GRE or GMAT, and IELTS or B1 to c2 level of German language certification. Check DAAD website too.
