It is actually very difficult to rank institutes as such however places like laxshmi nagar,north campus delhi university,south campus delhi university ,have many test prep/ coaching centers who speacialize in various central exams.It is advisable that you go and have a look and accordingly choose an instiute you deem fit.

Frankly speaking there is no set formula to enhance your verbal skills for CAT, I would say few of the things which you can do to improve your verbal ability are: you can purchase Wren and Marten & a good dictionary to start your preparations. You should study good intermediate level text books on different subjects which will help you in Passage section of verbal ability. Read News

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your specialization is your own interests and career aspirations, as MBA is a degree which is open to all stream students, you can opt for any stream, however few of the relevant streams for you could be Finance & Operations. Few of the other traditional specializations are: Human Resource, Sales & marketing, International Business, etc.
You can also opt for MBA IT but as it is relatively new field, there are not many Universities providing this specialization.
