Dear,
BBA or BBM is one and the same programme just a name change. Some universities offer management programme as BBA (Bachelor in Business Administration) and some offer as a BBM (Bachelor in Business Management).
You need to apply in the top institutes or universities for management programme, don't go with the programme name.
After both of them you, can apply for MBA in top B-School and can ven apply for job.
All the best!

Hello Siddharth,
If you want to pursue M.Tech, then you might find trouble during placements as most companies demand a minimum of 60% in class 10th, 12th and engineering. Therefore, I would suggest you to opt for MBA rather than M.Tech. MBA in systems will be a good option.
I hope it helps. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

Hello Adil,
JEE Mains and JEE Advanced are the only entrance examinations for admission into any government college for engineering. Further, without appearing for the entrance examination, you cannot get admission in any government college. I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.
