According to me you should complete your integrated programme and obtained experience in the same then take decision accordingly.
In law domain, you have to invest again approximately 2 years to establish your name and experience after your 3 years of LL.B programme. Choose your way after checking every factor.

There is no difference between these two degree courses BE and B.Tech. Both are engineering degrees and their scope and value are the same. You will never be rejected higher education or a job just because you are a BE and not a B.Tech holder or vice versa.
The only difference in the name is because in those colleges/ universities that offer only engineering courses, the degree is known as B.Tech and in those colleges/ universities where other courses are also offered along with engineering, the title is given as BE. If you notice, there is no college/ universities that provides both BE and B.Tech courses as both are the same.
