Mass communication and journalism is a really vast field and you will have to specify this thing in your mind that what you want to go for journalism or mass media. There are a lot of different course related to Mass communication. I'm from Lucknow and I won't suggest you to go for any media college in Lucknow. If you are really passionate about the field then atleast go for Amity-Noida but I would recommend you apply for colleges like St. Xavier's-Mumbai, Christ College-Bangalore, Manipal University-Karnataka campus or Jaipur.

Please check for your eligibility to apply for this course from the criteria mentioned below. Eligibility criteria for B.Tech in electronics & telecommunication engineering is mentioned below:
For UG: Candidates must have passed 10+2 with the minimum qualifying marks in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects.
