You are the best person to decide if you need coaching classes. Consider your general aptitude level vs the CAT %ile that you are targeting and decide accordingly. However, I strongly recommend that you enroll in test series of established coaching organisations like CL, TIME, etc. This would help you assess your current standing and help you in making this important decision.

Learn about how network protocols help to make a network work properly. L1, L2, L3 and L4.
Ethernet - L2 routing, ARP, STP, etc. IP - L3 routing, RIP, OSPF, etc. TCP/UDP - How packets are built and interact with the network.
