But the scenario is gradually changing and universities are introducing entrance exam pattern for admissions for some of the courses. Ans to your question is - Yes.
No degree or particular percentage is required to get into animation institutes for some certificate course.
i would suggest you- certificate of graphic / animation course is useless until you are not a skilled creative person. Learn softwares, be skilled that is the only way to get into animation industry.

CA or CS are professional degrees which you can pursue right after you complete in 10+2. If you want her to study something along with CA or CS then she may opt for B.Com or BBA. CA or CS requires a student to put in a lot of efforts.
