There are still many colleges whose forms are not out yet. Most probably, some colleges release their forms in the month of April. Keep yourself updated with the private colleges of your choice. And, if you are ready to pay extra amount, then you can go through management quota in private colleges. But, take your decision wisely. A gap of year is not that bad, but pursuing your study in any random college for sake of degree is not worth. You take your decision thinking about all the circumstances.

Hello! The cutoff of all good colleges via CET in the MS course is generally 98+ percentile. Hence, at those low scores, it is impossible to get admission into even a decent college. I suggest you reappear for CET and/or other exams, and aim for a much higher score. Good luck!
