IITs are recognized amongst the finest and the most prestigious institutions in India for technical education. There are several institutes in India offering Bachelors in Mass Communication and for most of the reputed institutes, you may require to qualify an entrance first and based on which only the admission take place. However, you have not mentioned about your percentage that you have scored but if the minimum is about 45% then I think you shall be eligible for most of the institute entrances.
