Hey, a very obvious question from 12th class student. You need a proper counselling. First you should understand your interests and area in which you want to go ahead. There are lot of options available to a commerce background student. You can pursue B.Com(honors), BBA, CA, CS etc. You can pursue your studies in India or abroad. Everything depends on you only. Although, advisable is that you should opt for a full time MBA as it not only gives you better exposure but also good job opportunities but if you can not go for a full time programme then only go for correspondence. Few of the Distance Learning Institutes which you may consider are: IGNOU, Annamalai University, Symbiosis, IMT, SMU, etc.
As far as the fee structure is concerned, as there are several distance learning Institutes with different fee structure it would be difficult to give you any exact figure but most of the institutes fee would range between 50,000 to 1,00,000.
