hi Amit, abroad you will hardly find a term for MCA. It is either MSc in Computer Science or IT or anything else related to computers. There are lots of Unviersities that offer related courses. You can apply to 2-3 of those and wait for an offer letter. After you get the offer letter you can apply for visa.
Following are the Universities that offer the course. you can select from these depending on your scores in BCA and the course modules that interest you : University of Massey, Canterbury Univ, Univ of Otago, Univ of Waikato.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
classes commence twice a year in Feb/March and July. The admission process should ideally be started 6 months prior to course start date. Reason : admission might take about 1 month but arranging for financial documents and visa processing can take time.

First of all lets understand the difference between the two. The main difference between MBA & Post Graduate Diploma is that MBA is a degree program and PGDM is a diploma program and degree is always preferred than diploma so even if you have two diplomas it can not be treated equivalent to Diploma. However, it also depends on the schools/ institute's reputation from where you are doing the course. Like PGDM program from Symbiosis Institute of Management and MBA from FMS will have almost equal standing.

Although, advisable is that you should opt for a full time MBA programme through a decent University like FMS, MDI etc, but if you can not go for a full time programme then you can opt for SMU which is approved by AICTE, UGC and DEC. However, frankly speaking distance learning programmes are useful only for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience say 5 to 6 years and looking for growth in their current organization or current industry. As far as the scope or prospects of the programme is concerned, to a great extent it would depend on how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job interviews, your growth would depend largely on your own capacity and caliber.
