There are many companies that hire IT freshers, although the best way to locate a job would be through Campus recruitments, yet you can apply for the jobs independently depending on the stream in which you are keen to make a career like Programming & development, database, hardware, networking etc.
I would be able to suggest you just one thing and that is to search on reputed job portals like naukri.com where there is abundance of job database and opefully you should benefit out of it.
