There is no difference between IT and CS because are of the same platform. Here in IT you have slight edge than CS because the syllabus is slightly advanced. IT is the best and has advanced features too.

There are three main sections in CAT - DI, Verbal and Quant. You should try to cover the entire syllabus when preparing for the CAT. DI seems most lengthy, and Quant & Verbal requires Time Speed Accuracy Management, which are the main factors for attaining scores.
