Considering that you are keen to pursue a career related to biology/ medicinal, there are ample career options to choose from like Ayurvedic/ Homeopathy (Alternate Medicine) Medicine, Paramedical like Phyiotherapy, Dental Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Botany / Agricultural Sciences, Veterinary Science and so on.
Depending on your personal interests, you can take up a decision accordingly.

Being a 12th pass out with Science stream along with Maths you have ample of career options in the same stream and even in Non-Science background as mentioned by aru.chopra
Considering your interest, capabilities and area of strengths, you should be able to decide for a particular course. Yes, you can pursue a diploma after completing XII and the minimum marks vary from college to college and mostly depend on the course type and college eligibility criteria.
-But consider this,you want invest a substantial amount of money to pursue a diploma course from abroad.Do you think it is a good idea.
-You should also consider the relevance or advantage of the diploma program to your career goal.

Hi,
I would suggest that after completing 12th from India you should pursue undergraduate degree from universities in US, in order to pursue undergraduate degree from universities in US you need to have:
Good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in 12th.
SAT score of 1700-1800 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
You may consider Canada to pursue diploma courses, there are many colleges in Canada which offers diploma course in various fields such as:
Hospitality.
Management, and many more fields.

GATE score is not required by private and many government colleges. You can seek application form from state university website which are due sometimes in Jun-July month. You can fill up your choice college and specialization. There is nothing like steel technology or operation strategy but specialization like reliability, mechanics of material and operation research are available.
