If you are interested in pursuing a course in retail, I would suggest you to pursue either diploma in retail management or MBA in retail management.

Hi aryAn, going broad for UG courses is very expensive. Not only that one must opt to go abroad in case a course is not available in India.
BCA is no course abroad it is offered widely in India only. Your alternative options are to either take up computers p as a science degree (B.Sc) or as an engineering degree B.E or BTech.
Suggesting a course further will require more info from your end as in your subjects and scores and most importantly your interest.

-You can pursue an MBA program, if you want to continue working in banks ( provided you meet the eligibility criteria for pursuing an MBA)
-You can also prepare for civil services,if you wish to enter the government sector directly.
-For government jobs usually one has to take the respective entrance tests.
