You need to decide which course you wish to pursue, and if admission in that course requires you to appear in entrance test, then you need to start preparing for that test.
However as you are pursuing B.Com, so once completed you may pursue MBA or M.com.

-It would be unfair to compare Diploma and Degree unless both are of same duration and both are competitive. .
-However,it is advisable to compare the course content of both the courses and if diploma provides equal or more knowledge subjects than degree course then there is no harm in pursuing a diploma.

The minimum educational qualification to apply for a company secretary course is 10+2. The course has three stage:-
