if you have done Diploma in Electronics and Communication Better go for B.Tech Rather than doing animation or anything else. Animation type courses Doesn't have much future in Indian All Animation Institutes have just make a hype that the Animation have so much scope and Job opportunity n all that but in ground Reality there is nothing like that . better Stick to your technical Qualification.

As the medium of education in Singaporean universities in English, so all the international students whose first or native language is not English have to take either TOEFL or IELTS test to prove their english language proficiency.
Apart from the test mentioned above you also need to have good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in 12th.
