Yes, you may, but the Canadian schools would look at your individual scores of maths for the same. All the universities may have different requirements thus be careful of the fact when you apply. Applying to high schools in Canada is a different process & as you would a minor applicant, you need to have a guardian there in Canada. If your parents live in Canada then it would be relatively easy to apply.

Yes, it affects as all the colleges have some cut-off percentage below which they can't offer admission but don't worry about your results. As you promise to yourself to score well in B.Tech so keep in mind you must try in LNCTE -Bhopal or Oriental which has a very low cut-off percentage and these college cames under top 100 private college list.

I also got a seat in KIIT University after I participated in the counselling with a rank of 28233. I know it's not a good rank though but I got "Electronics and control system Engineering".

There are many colleges which are available for MS in CS depending on your profile, You should be giving GRE & have good academics in your undergrad degree with least backlogs. Besides, you should have strong statement of purpose & letter of recommendation from your professors in support of your profile.

If you are planning to go ahead without GRE, you may look at Concordia University Chicago, Northeastern Illinois University, Northern Arizona University, University of Bridgeport, University of Mississippi etc, with only TOEFL.
