Hi Aishwarya, BIT is much older & more reputed college in Bangalore than RN Shetty. But E&C is much better than Telecom. Even RNS is not bad either. That is also one of the best college (top 10) in Bangalore. In my opinion go with E&C in RNSIT. Keep second choice as Telecom in BIT & last EE in RNSIT for the 3 options you are looking for.

DU is a good choice but you will have to check the cut off and your ranking also.Check some good colleges with wide platform, good exposure, faculty, research and other academic facilities. Log in to some colleges like SRM, LPU, RAI, PANT etc
