IGNOU is very good institute and provide better education to the students.
MBA is a general business degree training students for top level management positions up to CEO or for those with the objectives of starting their own business. MBA helps people to prepare for aspects in careers and opens doors of opportunity. I think the PGDBM will not give u depth knowlwdge as campared to MBA. u shold prefer to do MBA.In MBA there are certain specialisation like HR, Finance,Hospitality management etc. According of ur interst u can choose any of them . There are certain good colleges/universities providing better education and placements to the students like Birla Institute of Management, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, Lovely Professional University.
