NIA doesn't come under DTE CAP Process as it does not accept MHT-CET scores for the admission. NIA has its own admission process where it accepts CAT and CMAT scores. The admission process for this year is already over.
The fees structure is as follows:
Rs. 968000/- for the entire programme (Under Revision)
First year: Rs. 482500/-
Second year: Rs. 485500/-
The fee structure comprises basic annual fee, campus accommodation (mandatory), and hostel dining, professional and incidental expenditure on account of the program.

I would say that you should go for COMEDK. The reason is that all the colleges are located in Bangalore(sillicon valley of India). And as for Viteee, it used to be good once but has probably lost it's touch now. In UPES you won't get such a developing environment.
Sorry I cannot help you for WBJEE. I have no knowledge about it.
Look, college is not only studies. It's a lot more. You college will actually decide the type of man/woman you will become. Select your college on the basis of it's location, infrastructure, facilities, atmosphere.

It is not permissible to do regular courses at a time. But if u are doing B Com at the same time u can do other course through distance mode only there are certain courses like Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication (BJMC), Diploma in TV Serials and Film-Making, Diploma in Advertising, Public Relations & Brand Management, Diploma in Television Production etc. these are career oriented courses. There are certain colleges/institutes which provide quality education and placement services to the students.Some of the best colleges are:-
