IIT-Bhubaneshwar is far better among the three. Many people want to get admission there and it is a highly reputed college.

For admission in Advanced Diploma in Clinical Research, you need to appear for the online test conducted by the college. Candidate must have passed graduation from a recognised university or equivalent.

NITs are all good. The average package of any branch except Computer Engineering and IT is almost the same i.e. around 5-6 Lacs. See, if you are going for core companies, you should not expect a package more than 8-9 Lacs. Regarding the highest package this year, as per what I have heard, it was 10 Lacs by Vedanta. You can get a decent package if you apply for consultancy firms.
