Any FO can expect an initial salary of around Rs. 1.3-2.0 lacs per month. The flying allowances range between Rs. 1700-2400 per hour. Layover allowances are paid at the rate of $18-24 per day. So, for any FO who flies around 60-70 hours per month, the salary ranges between Rs. 2.0-3.0 lacs per month. For captains, the salary almost gets double i.e. Rs. 4.0-7.0 lacs per month, initially. This range includes almost all the salary packages offered by either schedules operators or non-scheduled operators.

Dear Avinash,
Placements: In AME course, none of the institutes provides placement. You have to create your resume and apply everywhere. You get the call for the interview, and your performance decides your job percentage. After the completion of 2.5 years, you have to get the job training with your self-expenses. After that, you will be eligible for the job, and at that time, your course was complete.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this institute is better than any AMEN institutes. You get a library, sports campus and Wi-Fi facilities. The medical facility is not available in the college campus. It is far away from the college.
