I am afraid to say but you will not be eligible in most of the universities in the US as the degree requirement for most US universities is a 4 year degree. However, you can get your degree evaluated from WES. WES(World Education Services) is a non-profit organization which evaluates the number of credits in your degree and matches it with the credit requirement by the US University. Provided you have completed the required number of credits in your BSC, you would be eligible to apply to some in the US. Also, i would like to let you know what a credit is. Depending on how the schools evaluate your grades from high school and college and how much credit they give you, if any, for your previous classes, you probably have a reasonable chance to get in. It makes sense to choose the universities you apply to wisely, some admit students almost exclusively by GPA, while others consider other factors as well, such as a personal interview or letter of motivation. You should proceed for doing PG. You can switch to management stream by doing regular MBA. Do remember don't go for part time MBA s it will add a little value to your profile.
But If you are technically sound then you can go for MCA and in parallel you should do some courses that will help you get a decent job. Some of these i am listing below:
1. Java/J2EE - The server side software development of web is mostly done by this most secure language option. Most of the banks in India and abroad implement their web applications using Java/J2EE only.

You can proceed with the course of ethical hacking provided you have your deep interests in the same. Talking job wise, this field is about average.
And you are surely eligible to do the same but i would suggest you to do apply for masters in computers i.e. MCA if you are to get a decent profile job. A job on bachelor's basis wouldn't be of much help.
