Hi Prasanna , To begin with ,do you have any practical experience or exposure in SAP . If yes, then go ahead and do SAP hr. But if you don't , then i would strongly suggest you not to venture into SAP. I am a certified SAP SD consultant from Siemens,Delhi. Prior to that i had done MBA in marketing from mumbai university.Since i had no practical exposure in SAP , i could not draw any benefit out of the certification. Any company whether it is Accenture, HCL, Wipro,TCS,INFY, Cognizant would require an end user experience. There is no demand for the freshers in SAP industry.VISIT SAP main website Lithan Genovate
