Well, you have decided well to go for M.Tech
For persuing M.Tech in India from any good institute you have to go through GATE entrance exam. GATE for this year has been conducted, you can appear for it next year. (check this link for full details on GATE @ http://www.gate.iitb.ac.in/gate2010_website/) where as for abroad you have to go through GRE and TOEFL. and must have at least 80% aggregate in Engineering for getting good institute there.

Hi Neethu,
For Masters course, the minimum eligibility required is a Bachelor's course and getting admission for Masters through lateral entry is the only possible option where in you stand eligible but not all the institutes/ universities offer admissions through the Lateral entry. You may look for the institutes where they accept lateral entry by the diploma holders.

In order to pursue MBA from Germany, you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus, and
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

Personally I have not heard NIEC business School but still I would say that before choosing any Business School. You should always ask a B School by paying a visist there about the following there
1 About the Course/Facult
2. The fee structure and Affiliation
3. The Placements and the companies visiting.
